We built this because managing backlogs, chasing task updates, and keeping everyone aligned across different platforms are completely exhausting.
HugoGen streamlines product development, sprint planning, task management, and issue tracking for the AI era. We want it to be the fastest, cleanest platform for cross-functional product teams to ship software together, instead of focusing on board admin tasks.
Right now, we have the core project management engine live. But to make this an indispensable daily workspace, we want to build the integrations that actually matter to your real-world workflows instead of guessing.
We are looking at mapping out connections to tools like GitHub, PostHog, and Sentry next, but we need your raw feedback:
1. What is the most broken flow or biggest bottleneck your team experiences between tracking tasks and actual deployment?
2. What specific integration (source control, error tracking, analytics, etc.) would make you switch your team's sprint planning to HugoGen today?
If I'm answering for myself, it's Sentry. Coming from an engineering background, manually creating and updating a task from a bug that Sentry catches feels stuck in the old way.
We want to execute fast on what actually fixes your daily workflow headache.
