Not because the setups were wrong. The charts were fine. The problem was everything around the trade - position sizing based on gut feeling, no rule for when to stop after losses, decisions made under pressure that I would never make with a clear head.
At some point I stopped looking for better entries and started writing everything down. Every trade, every mistake, every emotional decision that cost me money.
