👋 Hey Product Hunt community! I’m Anthony, the creator behind HRMirror.Without a doubt, this has been the hardest year of my life. My father is dying. My mother had surgery for breast cancer. And I was fired from my job. All of that happened within the span of about two months.For a while, I lived somewhere between anger, grief, confusion, and frustration. I kept replaying conversations in my head. I kept thinking about emails, meetings, warnings, expectations that shifted, and moments I wished I had documented better.That frustration became HRMirror.I started building this platform because I realized how many workers are forced to navigate difficult workplace situations with no real system for protecting their own record. Most people are not trying to sue their employer. Most people are not trying to start a fight. They are trying to understand what is happening, stay calm, document facts, preserve emails, organize notes, and respond without making things worse. But when you are in the middle of it, everything feels scattered:📧 One email is stuck in your work inbox.💬 One conversation happened casually in a meeting.📖 One policy is buried deep in an employee handbook.⚠️ One performance warning feels incredibly vague. One comment may matter later, but you are not sure yet. By the time you finally realize you need a timeline, you are trying to rebuild everything from memory.HRMirror is my attempt to solve that problem. It is a private, employee-side AI workspace that helps workers organize workplace records, build factual timelines, upload documents, identify documentation gaps, and draft calm responses before a situation becomes formal, legal, or irreversible.❌ It is not a law firm and does not replace an attorney.❌ It never contacts your employer or sends anything to HR.🛡️ It is built purely for the worker in the "grey zone" — the person who knows something feels off, but does not yet know what to do with all the pieces.I built HRMirror because I needed something like it. My hope is that it helps someone else document clearly, think calmly, and feel a little less alone during one of the most stressful moments of their working life.
