HowAITrust is part of the HowAI Suite (HowAICite launched here a few weeks ago).
While building HowAICite we kept seeing the same thing: brands were mentioned by ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini, but the answer was wrong. An old price. A plan that no longer exists. A feature the product has, described as missing. Marketing sees it, legal has to sign off, the web team has to fix it, and nobody can prove it changed.
HowAITrust turns each wrong answer into a case:
1. Catch it: your watched questions are checked against your approved facts. A contradiction shows the exact sentence and why.
2. Verify it: pick the fact that settles it (wrong, outdated, ambiguous or actually right). The verdict is recorded with who decided and when.
3. Correct it at the source: HowAITrust reads the pages the AI cited, finds the one repeating the claim and builds the plan: fix your page, ask the other site to update, publish the fact.
4. Prove it changed: it asks again now, after 7 and after 21 days, and you resolve the case with the before and after side by side.
One rule we hold to: nothing is called false without an approved fact behind it.
