Hi Product Hunt!
i recently finished building a passion project of mine: howtohuman.chat. It's a private practice space for neurodivergents to explore tricky subjects in total privacy, topics like burnout recovery and unmasking all within the same framework.
i wanted a tool that was local first, required no signup, had zero tracking or data harvest, and could be used anonymously.
To be quite honest, i'm shitting bricks, this is the first time i have put myself out there like this, but i also know the care and attention i have put into it. i wanted to share it with you guys to get your feedback on the pacing, tone, and the interface design.

Finally, something that doesn't try to fix me. Loved how the prompts felt gentle and specific, especially the unmasking at work ones—gave me language I actually used in a meeting the next day.
A small thing that would make a big difference for me: a "recharge log" where I can quickly jot down one word for energy level and one word for masking fatigue at the end of each practice session. Having that streak of data points would help me actually see my own patterns over time instead of just relying on vibes.
