Hi Product Hunt — I built How to Fish.ing after repeatedly losing track of which lure catches what and which quest items must be saved for later bosses.
The game mixes fishing, combat, quests, upgrades, and five island routes. The useful details were scattered across separate lists, so I turned them into one searchable, route-aware toolkit.
You can:
• search fish by name, lure, island, or rod
• reverse-look up what each lure can catch
• follow boss bait and quest-item chains
• track the five-island walkthrough in your browser
• check off all 28 Steam achievements
It is free, requires no account, and stores checklist progress only in your browser. The data is currently checked against game version 1.0.9.
