HotCoinLab
See crypto moves start — and what happened after the alert
I built HotCoinLab after repeatedly opening 24-hour gainers lists and realizing the interesting part had often happened hours earlier.
The first version tried to keep the feed clean by showing only strong-looking alerts. That made the product look better, but it also hid the cases I needed in order to improve the detector.
The current version keeps the awkward alerts too. If a move fades, it stays in the history. If the market data looks unusual but I can’t verify an outside cause, the event says “unconfirmed” instead of inventing an explanation.
It currently watches Binance, Upbit, Bithumb, Coinbase, Bybit and Kraken. It is not a trading-signal or price-prediction service.
The main thing I’m trying to learn now is where the useful threshold sits between a quiet feed and an honest but noisy one. I’d really value blunt feedback on the alerts that feel unnecessary.
