I'm Laurens, the maker of HostPayout.
Short-term rental hosts kept telling me the same thing: "I know what Airbnb paid me last month, but I have no idea what each property actually made after expenses." Spreadsheet on spreadsheet, rebuilt every month, falling apart by Q3.
An early prototype connected bank accounts with Plaid and people hated it. They didn't want another login, another bank-link permission, another credential to rotate. So I rebuilt CSV-first.
How it works:
1. Export payout CSVs from Airbnb / Vrbo / Booking.com (and any bank or card CSV for expenses)
2. Upload → HostPayout detects the source, parses the rows, assigns them to properties
3. Review and edit anything before it saves — every row stays traceable
4. See income, platform fees, expenses, and net profit per property per month
