Hey Product Hunt! 👋 I'm Suhel, and I built Hostleaf because I kept running into the same problem: I'd have a working static prototype ready to share, and the fastest path to "here's the link" was still painfully slow — SSH to a server, push to a branch and wait for CI, or configure S3 with the right bucket policy. For prototypes and internal demos, that overhead is pure friction. So I built Hostleaf to reduce the loop to: drop the file, copy the URL, send it. The thing I'm most excited about right now is the MCP integration. AI coding agents like Claude Code can already build and deploy to Hostleaf autonomously — create a project, upload generated files, set visibility, share with specific people, all without touching the dashboard. If you're building with AI agents, your agent can now ship. I'd love to hear how you're using static hosting today and what's still frustrating about it. Happy to answer anything in the comments.

Comment highlights

how does the invite-only flow actually work for someone without an account, do they get a magic link or do i need to set them up first?

How does the invite-only access actually work in practice — do you just add emails manually or can I share a link through Slack and let people request access without friction?

how does the invite-only thing actually work, like do i just paste a list of emails or is there some kind of dashboard where i manage who has access?

Does the invite-only mode let you set view-only permissions for stakeholders, or can people actually comment and leave feedback on the prototype?

Dropped a prototype folder in and had a working URL in like 10 seconds, no config nonsense. Privacy toggles right there next to the file list too, which is exactly what I needed for sharing an internal demo.
