HonorFit
Earn your screen time with pushups, on the honor system
Block the apps that eat your day and earn time back with pushups, situps, squats or pull-ups. Same idea as the camera apps, just on the honor system, so no propping your phone up to watch you. The timer only runs while you're in a blocked app. No account, nothing leaves your phone. Free on iPhone and Android.
Hey y'all! I needed a way to cap my own phone use, so I downloaded one of those "do pushups to unlock your phone" apps. Loved the idea! What I didn't love was propping my phone up so it could watch me do the pushups. Super annoying, and kinda embarrassing when people see you doing pushups at a gas station lol.
So I built HonorFit. Same idea, just on the honor system. You pick the apps, do your reps, scroll the little wheel to log them, and that buys you screen time. The clock only runs while you're actually in a blocked app, and when it hits zero they lock again.
It's definitely not for everyone. If you know you'd cheat, the camera ones are probably better for you! But I've been using it for a few months and it's honestly changed how much I scroll. No account, no tracking, nothing leaves your phone. Free on iPhone and Android.
Would love to hear what y'all think!
