Hiwa (灯話 — roughly "light and words") came from a simple observation: everyone I know has tried journaling, and almost everyone has quit. Not because they didn't want to reflect — but because typing at the end of a tired day is just too much.
So Hiwa asks for the one thing you can always do: speak.
