hiring the right candidates is a big big problem in tech or any industry and everyone is grappling to solve it. Hope this tool helps with that. I like the pipeline edit feature and the AI score(the criteria should be pinned along side it through). ATS compliance check if possible.

This is true. We have contemplated the idea of using AI more progressively, but ethical considerations come into play. A faulty AI can potentially ruin someone's life by preventing them from getting a job they are qualified for. It would require proper training on the recruiter's side or a well-organized onboarding process for the AI. However, using AI in recruitment is likely to become a reality in the future.
