Hi everyone, I'm Samet. I built Hiretea, a hiring platform for technical roles that keeps the whole loop in one place: job post, application, assessment, repo challenge, interview, decision.
The part engineers might like most: each candidate gets a private repo copy, works with normal Git, and submits the exact commit they want reviewed. Automated checks run on that SHA, reviewers score against a rubric, and an optional AI review adds advisory notes.
Candidates see your stages and time estimates before they apply, and they apply without creating an account. Interviews run in built-in browser video rooms, so nothing leaves the record. AI only advises: fit reviews and code reviews propose with evidence attached, and a human approves every step. You can bring your own model keys or use built-in credits.
Self-hosting license is planned but not available yet; today it is managed SaaS.
