The idea came from a frustrating reality many job seekers face: spending hours searching across multiple job boards, applying to roles that aren't a good fit, and struggling to keep track of applications afterward.
We realized that while AI was transforming many industries, the job search process remained largely manual and fragmented—especially for professionals in Africa.
So we built HirePadi to act like a personal job search copilot. Upload your CV, and our AI helps you discover relevant opportunities, understand how well you match each role, track your applications, and even monitor recruiter responses automatically.
Over the past months, we've worked closely with job seekers, refined our matching algorithms, improved fit scoring, and focused on creating a simple experience that saves time and increases confidence during the job hunt.
