I was building custom AI screening automations for clients, hosted on their own servers. Working closely with hiring managers and solo founders, I kept seeing the same pain points: [name 2-3 specific ones — e.g., hours lost manually screening resumes, no consistent way to pre-screen candidates before a call, scheduling interviews turning into an email back-and-forth]. That repetition made me realize this shouldn't be a one-off build for each client — it should be a product anyone could use. So I moved from bespoke, server-hosted automations to a single platform that handles the full pipeline: resume screening, pre-screening Q&A, and interview scheduling — designed to be a good experience for candidates too, not just recruiters.
