I'm excited to launch RemoteDevelopers.work today.
Remote work completely changed how developers build their careers, but finding the right opportunities is still harder than it should be.
Many job boards are overloaded with:
❌ outdated listings
❌ location restrictions
❌ irrelevant jobs
❌ recruiter spam
So I decided to build a simple place focused only on remote developer opportunities.
The idea is simple:
- Developers find better remote jobs
- Companies reach global engineering talent

The filtering built specifically for remote work is honestly a smart touch, like not having to wade through hybrid listings just to find what you actually want. Solid execution on something that sounds simple but usually isn't.
The remote-only focus is really nice, but a salary range filter (or at least a "show salary" toggle) would make browsing way less of a guessing game. Lots of roles on there now have no compensation listed, and it's frustrating to apply blind.
The filters actually feel made for remote work, not just location toggled to anywhere. Liked seeing real startup roles without wading through five layers of recruiter spam.
