I'm Hero, solo founder of Hero Industries. I built Hi Invoice after watching small business owners struggle with GST billing tools that were either too complicated, too expensive, or completely dependent on a stable internet connection — which isn't a safe assumption for a lot of shops in India.
Hi Invoice is CGST/SGST compliant out of the box, works fully offline (syncs when you're back online), and doesn't lock core features behind a paywall. It's built to handle how businesses actually invoice, not how software assumes they do.
I designed and built this entirely solo — no team, no funding, just trying to solve a real problem for real business owners.

Really liked how snappy it feels even on a slow connection, the offline mode is genuinely useful for shop floor use. The customer records section is clean and easy to skim through.
Offline mode is such a lifesaver for us when we’re at client sites with spotty wifi. The GST fields are laid out clearly which makes filling invoices way less painful.
