HeyGo was built to replace uncertainty with peace of mind. We brought carpooling, freight logistics, and emergency healthcare vehicles under one account because a person’s daily life requires all three to work flawlessly.
More than anything, we wanted to tackle the anxiety of the "last-minute cancellation." Through our Ride Assurance system, if a driver backs out, your booking doesn’t just vanish. The platform immediately searches for another driver on the same route and holds the seat for you. We believe that when a driver drops out, a human being shouldn’t be left behind.
What feedback would help us most?
We are building this network for real people already connecting customers and drivers. To make sure we are truly serving our community, we need your perspective on what matters most:
The Psychology of Trust: When a driver breaks down or cancels, our system automatically hands over the booking to a backup ride for your approval. How can we design this interface to feel completely reassuring and safe during a stressful moment?
The "All-in-One" Cohesion: Does putting daily commutes, heavy logistics, and emergency medical rides into a single app feel like a unified utility that makes life easier, or do you think they should live separately?
Hyper-Local Onboarding: If you have experience launching marketplace ecosystems in emerging markets, what strategies genuinely resonate with drivers to build long-term loyalty and community care?
We would love for you to explore what we're building at heygo.in. Every piece of feedback you give us directly helps us build a more reliable, connected way forward for our communities. Thank you for being a part of this journey.

Who hunted HeyGo?
HeyGo was hunted by Sai Nitish. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
