I built Hexy because every eyedropper I tried wanted a scary list of permissions or phoned home. Hexy does one thing: pick any pixel on screen and copy it as HEX / RGB / HSL instantly, with a local history of your last 12 colors.
It's Manifest V3, vanilla JS, one permission (storage), and makes zero network requests — nothing ever leaves your browser. It's my first published extension and it's free.
