It operates as a dual-stream reasoning system where symbolic state transitions provide a structured backbone for inference under uncertainty. Rather than relying purely on continuous prediction, it routes inputs and decisions through this constrained state-space, coupled to a real-time feedback loop that adapts under regime shifts.
