Hey everyone! I built Hewett Health solo as an indie project because I couldn't find a tracking app that took carnivore and keto seriously — most food databases just don't have good data for meat, offal, and high-fat foods, and the "health scores" assume a standard diet.
I built it around a verified USDA nutrition database with AI food scanning, added proper strength training and GPS workout tracking, and layered in HRV-based recovery scoring so it's not just counting calories. Also added an AI meal planner and workout generator to take some of the thinking out of day-to-day use.
Built and shipped the whole thing myself (iOS + Android), from the nutrition engine to app store submission. Would love any feedback, especially from anyone doing carnivore, keto, or just serious strength training.
