Hi, I'm Iryna — the founder and developer behind HerSets.
I'm not a beauty professional myself, but I kept hearing the same story from lash artists, nail techs, and hairstylists I talked to: the details that actually matter — exact formulas, sensitivity flags, lash maps — were scattered across camera rolls, notebooks that can be easily lost, and text threads to themselves. Booking apps have a notes field, but it was never built for this.
HerSets started from those conversations and was built in close collaboration with working professionals throughout, not guessed at from the outside.
A few things worth knowing:
— It's not a booking app. There's a lightweight schedule view, but the whole product is built around remembering client details, not managing appointments.
— Every discipline gets its own structure: lash maps, hair color formulas, skin maps, nail codes — instead of one generic notes field.
— It works offline, which matters mid-appointment when you don't have signal.
