Really impressed by how actionable and flexible this product is from a business intelligence and workflow efficiency angle (specifically for CFOs and Bizops departments). I see lots of teams hacking together dashboards, financial models, and CFO’s spending hours on strategic finance models / month end close. Heron is changing the game for them!

Been watching HeronAI since they started building and they have really moved fast. I love how much easier reporting is with their system. So much of this was manual before. Their product isn't fully automated yet, but their customer service is impressive. It’s one of those things early teams constantly hack together, and this is such a smarter way.
As a voice actor and musician (used to tour full-time with my band...sold merch, etc), there's a lot to keep track of. An AI tool would have been very useful "back in the day". But here were are--and time to embrace the inevitable; especially when it's a very useful tool to help with overall business quality of life stuff. I can see how Heron can ease frustration for business owners--small and a large alike-- and give you the ease of "at a glance" accounting. And I can imagine that things will get better and easier as Heron AI progresses.

I am in real estate and we use several platforms, including excel spreadsheets ,zillow, crm, email, etc. and this is the only program that consolidates all those different platforms onto one screen… Making it super user friendly and saving so much time! You can always make more money, but you can never get back more time. Thanks Heron for this brilliant program!

I’ve been using HeronAI to keep all of our company’s information—both financial and administrative—in one place. I’ve also been using it to prepare for board meetings and more formal presentations to potential partners. This used to take me 6 to 10 hours a week, but after the Heron team helped me set it up, I just sync my data. It’s made preparing for team and board meetings much faster. Who doesn’t like saving time and simplifying processes?
I've been in real estate for several years. My assistant and I were using MLS, zillow, and so many other tools. For years, I have wondered why there isn't a better system that lets me track all of my listings, all of my properties, and clients. It's been really frustrating. My assistant and I tried our HeronAI and I was a bit surprised how much of a difference it made. It tooks us a few days to get set up but the HeronAI team was really responsive. I would recommend connecting with them if you're also in real estate.
The dashboard setup was straightforward, and now we have instant access to the metrics that matter most. It’s helped improve transparency across teams.
