I built HEGEVA AI because small-business owners spend far too much time switching between customers, quotes, invoices, follow-ups and everyday admin.
The goal was to create one workspace where these tasks can be organised together, with AI helping the owner understand what needs attention and what to do next.
HEGEVA AI is currently focused on UK small businesses, especially owners who want to spend less time on paperwork and more time running and growing their business.
This is still an evolving product, so I’d genuinely value feedback from the Product Hunt community — especially around the onboarding experience, the Core AI workspace and which small-business admin problems you think are most worth solving next.
