Health Logic
We don't just score food. Find out what you're really eating
HealthLogic is a barcode and ingredient intelligence app that helps people understand what is really inside the products they use every day. Scan food, wellness, beauty, and household products to explore individual ingredients, potential benefits, risks, and profile-based alerts for allergies, sensitivities, health concerns, lifestyle choices, wellness goals, and skin concerns. HealthLogic goes beyond a simple score by helping users understand the ingredients behind the product.
Hi Product Hunt! 👋
I’m Michelle, the founder of HealthLogic.
I started building HealthLogic because I kept coming back to one simple question: why is it so difficult for ordinary people to understand what is actually inside the products they use every day?
Ingredient labels can be confusing, unfamiliar ingredient names take time to research, and I felt there was room for something that went deeper than simply giving an entire product one score.
So I started building HealthLogic.
The app is designed to let people scan products and explore the individual ingredients inside them. We are building across food, wellness, beauty, and household products, with ingredient information, potential benefits and risks, and personalized profile alerts when relevant.
This has been a huge project for me personally. I have spent an enormous amount of time thinking about how ingredient information should be collected, organized, checked, explained, and presented in a way that is useful without being overwhelming.
HealthLogic is still growing, and I know the best products improve by listening to real people.
So I would genuinely love your feedback:
What do you wish barcode and ingredient scanner apps did better?
What information matters most to you when you scan a product?
Would you rather see one simple score, or understand the individual ingredients behind that score?
Thank you for taking the time to look at HealthLogic. It truly means a lot to me.
