I built it because I kept waking up after 8 hours of sleep still feeling wrecked — and eventually realized "hours slept" was the wrong metric. What mattered was recovery: HRV, resting heart rate, whether my body was actually ready to train.
Every tool that showed me this wanted my health data on their servers, or locked me into a subscription. So I built the opposite. Healia reads Apple Health, computes the score on-device, and sends nothing anywhere. There's no account to create, no backend to breach.
