I built HeaderForm because I kept making mistakes entering data directly into Google Sheets — wrong columns, accidental overwrites, broken formulas.
HeaderForm solves this by auto-generating a sidebar input form from your sheet headers. No more hunting for the right column. Just fill in the form and hit Save.
It works with any sheet layout and takes only a few minutes to set up via Google Apps Script.
