I built this myself.
I've been part of the healthcare system in Lagos State, Nigeria, working within one of Africa's largest public healthcare systems, serving over 20 million people through 30 General Hospitals.
In that world, a delayed decision doesn't just slow things down, it can cost an actual outcome.
That's what got me thinking about hesitation as something with a specific, measurable pattern, not just a vague productivity problem.
So I built the **Hesitation Diagnostic Model (HDM).
HDM scores you (or your team) across four domains—Cognitive, Emotional, Behavioural, and Environmental—using just 12 questions, then generates a personalised AI-generated Executive Analysis explaining what's actually driving hesitation, what it's likely costing, what to tackle this week, and what may need restructuring next quarter.
The individual version is free.
The team version is where it gets interesting. Every team receives an Executive Analysis built from its own data, and the first report becomes a baseline. Retake the diagnostic in three months to see what's actually shifted.
