Hi everyone 👋
I’m Joseph, founder of Underlabs.
Harbor Archive started from a simple frustration: existing website downloaders haven’t evolved much in years. They’re incredibly useful, but they’re often slow, opaque, or difficult to inspect when something goes wrong.
I wanted something that feels like a modern macOS application.
Harbor Archive downloads websites locally while giving you visibility into what’s happening:
• resumable crawls
• browser-assisted rendering when needed
• request inspection
• archive verification
• snapshot comparison
• portable exports
The goal wasn’t simply downloading websites.
The goal was making website archiving something you can actually trust.
I’d genuinely love feedback—especially from developers, web agencies, archivists, researchers, and anyone who regularly mirrors websites.
I’ll be here all day answering questions.
Thanks for checking it out
