Quotes and “when are you back?” updates get buried in WhatsApp. Handysuite fixes that with one status link per job. Create the job on iPhone, share the portal URL, and clients see status, files, and next visit in the browser—no login, no app for them. Built for solo trades who want to look professional without running a CRM.
Hey Product Hunt 👋
I’m Chanaka, maker of Handysuite.
I kept seeing the same mess: a tradesperson does great work, then spends half their week digging through WhatsApp for the quote PDF, a before photo, or “when are you coming back?” Clients aren’t being difficult—chat just isn’t a job record.
So I built a tiny tool, not another contractor CRM.
Handysuite is an iPhone app for the worker + one read-only web portal per job for the client. You create the job, share a link, and update status/photos/next visit from the field. Same link always works. Clients never create an account.
What’s live today:
• Create jobs and share a stable portal URL
• Status, files, progress photos, next visit
• Free for a few jobs so you can try it on a real client
I’d love hunters who work with (or are) solo trades to try the App Store build and tell me what almost made you quit in the first 10 minutes. Happy to answer anything in the comments.
Congrats on shipping this! Love how Handysuite gives solo trades one clean status link instead of losing everything in WhatsApp. Great launch!
