Most of the time my coding agent works on its own — but every so often it needs me, and rarely just a yes/no: review a plan and send it back, sign off on finished work, or capture an idea before it's gone. That used to pin me to the desk. handmux puts the same live tmux session into my phone's browser (real panes, zero install), pushes the moment an agent needs a decision, and lets me approve with a thumb — then the session is right there when I sit back down. Free & open-source. Would love your feedback on what would make it replace the desk for those in-between moments.
Finally a way to nudge my Claude Code session from the couch without it timing out on me. The thumb-approve flow is genuinely handy for those permission prompts that always pop up when I step away.

Loving the tmux handoff idea, this feels like the missing piece for remote coding. One thing that would make it a daily driver for me: persistent cloud sync of the idea pad and recent session history, so I can capture a thought on my phone during a commute and have it waiting on the laptop when I open it at home.
the thumb-approve flow for Claude Code push notifications is genuinely clever. pairing that with full-screen git diffs on a phone feels like the first time mobile dev tooling hasn’t felt like a compromise. nicely executed.
