the plans never actually adapted to me, and none of them felt built for
people training here in Saudi Arabia and the wider Arab world.
So Hadeed does a few things differently:
• Builds your plan from 1,200+ media-guided exercises and reshapes it
every week based on your real numbers, sleep and recovery
• Calculates your biological age using the peer-reviewed PhenoAge formula —
and shows the full methodology, no black box
• Logs workouts right from your Apple Watch
• Understands your calendar: adjusts during Ramadan, treats prayer times
as built-in rests, and factors in the heat
• Works fully in Arabic, English, French and Spanish — not a surface
translation
