Hack/Alert aggregates upcoming hackathons, coding contests, and tech opportunities — filtered, ranked, and delivered directly through email and WhatsApp alerts so students never miss deadlines again.
Hey Product Hunt 👋
We built Hack/Alert because students constantly miss amazing hackathons and coding opportunities buried across different platforms.
Existing platforms often feel cluttered, slow, or difficult to track regularly. We wanted a cleaner and faster way to discover upcoming hackathons, deadlines, coding events, and opportunities in one place.
Hack/Alert helps developers and students:
Discover upcoming hackathons
Track deadlines
Explore coding opportunities faster
Stay updated without endlessly searching
We’re also building notification features through email and WhatsApp alerts so users can stay updated automatically instead of manually checking multiple platforms every day.
This is still early, and we’re actively improving the platform based on feedback.
Would genuinely love to hear what you think and what features you'd like next 🚀

Who hunted Hack/Alert ?
Hack/Alert was hunted by Kartikey Singh. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
