Gymlog22 is a mobile-first PWA workout tracker built for gym-goers who want structure without complexity. Build workout plans with drag-and-drop, log sets in real time, and track personal records automatically. Includes 873 exercises across 6 categories, body weight tracking with charts, and plan sharing via QR code or link. No subscriptions. Installable on iOS and Android. Built with Next.js 16, Supabase, and TypeScript.
I built this because every workout tracker I tried was either too simple (no plan builder, no PR tracking) or too bloated with subscription walls and features I never used. I wanted something focused — structured plans, real-time logging, and progress visibility, all in a PWA that works great on a phone in the gym.
A few things I'm particularly happy with:
- The active workout flow — large tap targets, minimal friction, rest timer that minimizes to a floating bar
- Automatic PR detection on every workout finish
- Plan sharing via QR code or link, with import support
- 873 exercises across 6 categories with images and instructions
