I built Gulf Sheets after talking to UAE accountants who spend hours every month manually copying bank statement data into Excel. The problem is specific: Emirates NBD, ADCB, FAB and Mashreq all use different PDF layouts, most are password-protected, and every global converter I found either failed or produced garbage output.
