Every small sales team I've worked with runs on the same two things: a Google Sheet and WhatsApp. They have tried a CRM, usually twice. It never sticks, because the sheet is where the data lives and the CRM is where the data goes to die.
So I built the CRM around the sheet instead of replacing it.
Your sheet is the database. We store the column mapping and settings, never your rows. Delete our app and your data is exactly where it was.
Your formulas keep working. A column like =Budget*0.02 shows up as a read-only field, not a text box that would overwrite it.
Follow-ups are real. Snooze counts from the reminder's own time, so "1 hour" on tomorrow's 12:00 call means 13:00 tomorrow, not an hour from now.
Date reminders run inside your workbook as an Apps Script, on your Google account, so a renewal reminder goes out even if nobody opens the app for a month.
Quotes are your own Google Doc. Design it once with your logo and language; every quote is a filled copy and a PDF.
Linked tables: keep your stock, properties or price list as another tab and pick from it on any lead.
Team roles and visibility, so an agent sees their leads and a manager sees everyone's, driven by a Staff tab in the sheet.
On WhatsApp via Team Inbox, the chat is matched to the row by phone number, so the panel beside the conversation is always the right customer.
What it is not: an enterprise CRM for 200,000 rows. It is for a team of two to fifty who want a board, reminders and quotes on top of the sheet they trust.
