Email your coding agent sets up. One command signs you up; your agent adds your domain, applies DNS, verifies it and tests the first send. Switching from SendGrid, Postmark or Mailgun? Import templates and suppressions in one step. 3,000 emails/mo free.
Groundmail is email for your app: the sign-in codes, password resets, receipts and alerts your users are waiting on. It's built so your coding agent can set it up for you.
Try it the way most of you build now. In Cursor, Claude Code or Codex, have your agent run:
npx groundmail-cli login
You approve one code in the browser and you're signed up. Then your agent adds your domain, applies the DNS records on Cloudflare, Vercel, GoDaddy, Netlify, DigitalOcean or DNSimple, verifies it, and checks that the first sign-in code really arrives in a hosted test inbox. Prefer MCP? Our MCP server does the same from inside the agent.
Switching? groundmail migrate sendgrid (or postmark, mailgun), or Import in the dashboard, brings over your templates, suppressions, sending domains and webhooks, then runs a cutover check.
What you get when you send with us:
• Transactional mail kept separate: your sign-in codes never share IPs with marketing email
• The platform around sending, at every volume: inbound, templates, automations, signed webhooks, SMTP, SDKs, a CLI and an MCP server
• A hosted test inbox for your CI and staging: give each test its own address, wait for the email, read the code
• Isolation when you need it: your own dedicated IP is included from 100,000 emails a month, or your own dedicated server from $299/mo, same API, no migration
• Simple pricing: 3,000 emails a month free with no time limit, then pay as you go from $0.70 per 1,000, dropping as you grow
Why we can promise the separation: we run our own mail servers and IP space, so when delivery goes wrong, the people you email are the people who fix it.
Two questions for you:
1. What made your last email provider switch painful?
2. Which agent are you building with, and what should it be able to do with your email next?
The hosted test inbox for CI and staging is what caught my eye. Waiting on a real email in tests is usually the flaky part, so giving each test its own address and letting it wait for the message and read the code feels like the right shape for it. And DNS is the part I dread most in a provider switch, so having the agent apply the records, verify them, and then check that the first sign-in code actually arrives in the same flow is a big deal.

Who hunted Groundmail?
Groundmail was hunted by Kurtis Tryber. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
