I love coffee, but I tend to lose track of how much I've consumed. On busy days, I find myself drinking cup after cup, and more often than not this excessive caffeine intake leads to negative side effects: jitteriness, lost focus, and, later, poor sleep.
However, caffeine is an incredible substance when managed correctly. It can make you more focused, energized, and productive—until you overdo it, at which point all the benefits disappear, and the unwanted side effects kick in.
That's the reason we decided to create Ground Control. With this tool, you simply log your caffeine intake, and Ground Control calculates the current amount in your system and gives you a forecast for your chosen bedtime.
You can set custom limits for your total daily caffeine intake and for the amount of caffeine in your body at any given time.
Additionally, you can set a cut-off time for your final cup of the day. Ground Control will then send you a gentle reminder 30 minutes before, just in case you'd like one last cup

Back again with some more thoughts on your app. First off, I’ve got to say, the UX inside the app is top-notch – navigating through it feels like a breeze. But, I noticed something during the onboarding process. Reaching for the ‘Next’ button felt a bit of a stretch, literally. Maybe there’s a way to make this part a bit more thumb-friendly?
That said, it’s been a while since I’ve had this much fun using a free app. Heck, any app for that matter. You’ve really nailed the user experience overall, and it’s been a joy to use.

Just started using your caffeine tracker app and I gotta say, it’s pretty neat! Love how I can just punch in my coffee details and get instant stats on my caffeine levels. Super handy!
But here’s a thought - the app seems really geared towards the German market, especially with all the Stardust coffee stuff. As someone living in Cyprus, the Stardust bits don’t really click with me. Maybe you guys could add an option to mute the Stardust mentions? Kind of like how we can pay to remove ads in other apps. Or, hey, if Stardust wants to start shipping to Cyprus, that’d be awesome too - best of both worlds!
