The problem: I was spending way too much on AI APIs for my side projects. OpenAI's pricing is brutal for indie devs, and managing
separate accounts for DeepSeek, Qwen, and other providers was a nightmare.
The insight: Northwest China has massive wind and solar farms with electricity costs 5x lower than US/EU data centers. What if we could

5min TTL), automatic health checks every 30 seconds, and real SSE streaming with token counting.
