Gradia is an online marketplace for executive education. It brings programs from business schools into one place, so professionals can search and compare them by topic, format, and budget rather than digging through dozens of separate school websites. Gradia launched in early 2026 with a focus on the DACH region.
Hi everyone, I'm Tobias, the founder of Gradia.
This started with a frustration I kept hitting. Every time I looked into an executive education program, I ended up with a dozen browser tabs open, each a different business school describing its courses in its own way, with no real way to compare them. Price, format, length, topic, all of it spread across marketing pages. There was no single place to see the options next to each other and decide.
So I built one. Gradia brings executive and professional programs from business schools into one marketplace, where you can search by what matters to you and compare them properly.
I'll be upfront about one thing: I'm not an engineer by background. I built the whole platform myself as a solo founder using AI development tools. That part has been fascinating to me, and it lets me ship fast and respond quickly to what schools and learners actually need.
We launched with a focus on the DACH region and are onboarding schools now. I'd love your feedback, especially on what would make comparing programs easier. Happy to answer any questions.
