On top of the fact its an expensive subscription service pretending to be a small fee service, they also make no guarantee that the results will work and offer no refund if they don't.
So effectively it bills you $50 a month, no guarantee of it working, no way of cancelling other than through your bank, and when you complain they say "You agreed to the subscription by not cancelling within the ONE DAY trial period.
Desperately needs a Pricing page. "Try it now" infers that this service can be used without paying, which appears to be untrue. This phrasing needs to be changed. It's not possible to try this service without paying first. That phrase should read, "Pay now and then give the service a try".
This scares me to no end. The implications are far more sinister than you realise. Imagine a family member you have been avoiding, for a VERY good reason manages to get a hold of your phone number or someone you JUST met!
Barring the help it could provide if someone was lost in a cave, i see very little value and a lot of potential harm!

Scam. You have to provide an email address to initiate the process and then it won't let you see the results until you pay 89 cents. How do I know what I'm getting if you don't offer a free trial or comped search? I'm just supposed to trust that you'll provide me viable results?

After adding a phone number and an email, it asks for credit card details without any information. How much I will be charged? When? This looks like a scam...
How? By just a phone number?
If the device doesn't accept any request or doesn't give permission?
Seems like just a SCAM.
