the "each person chooses what to share" part is the detail that matters here. every family coordination app I've tried assumes full visibility into everyone's calendar, which is exactly why half the family stops using it within a week. curious how CC handles the asymmetric case though - like a kid's schedule needs to be visible to both parents but a parent's work calendar doesn't need to be visible to the kid. is sharing per-person or does it need to be per-relationship?
