Every session is coached: planned vs. actual, pace and heart-rate feedback afterwards. Compete with friends.
Most new health and fitness apps are obsessed with data — scores, graphs, stats about what you already did. Interesting, but it doesn't change anything.
GoMotion is built around the opposite: what you should do, and how to actually succeed at it.
I originally built it as a B2B wellness platform for companies, and I'm now opening it up for consumers.
The core idea: health isn't one thing. Sleep affects your training, stress affects what you eat, movement affects your focus..everything is connected. Managing that across four different apps never made sense to me.
So GoMotion puts it in one place: a training program built around your goal (Hybrid, Hyrox, Running, Longevity), a meal plan with macros counted, and daily habits for focus, sleep and stress — all personalized from your answers and tests. It tells you what to do, coaches you through every session, and shows you how it went.
