I'm Lakisha, founder of Goldenweeks.
For four years I traveled as a digital nomad with the same unfinished projects in my laptop. An MVP that was always almost ready. A course stuck at 40 percent. I kept telling myself I needed more discipline. Turned out I needed a different structure.
The problem I was actually solving: nomad life is built for movement and exploration, not for finishing things. Nobody notices if you carry the same unfinished project from Lisbon to Bali to Zanzibar. There's no friction, no accountability, nothing that forces the final push.
My first idea was another productivity system, another framework. But frameworks don't work when you're alone. What actually changed things for me was working in a room with people who knew exactly what I was supposed to ship that day. So the approach shifted from "build a better system" to "build a room."
That's Goldenweeks. A two week accountability retreat in Zanzibar for founders, makers and remote workers who have a specific project they've been avoiding finishing. Structured deep work mornings, daily accountability circles, small group of 8, weekends free.
