Hi Product Hunt! Happy to finally unveil Goaly. I started Goaly in September 2022 as a personal app that I wanted to use for my children to help them learn how to save and reward them for chores and tasks they completed around the house. I started telling my friends about Goaly and they were also interested so I decided to make it more "production ready". Went through a bit of a slump in 2023 but decided that 2024 was the year to get Goaly out for everyone to use. After initial testing I received great results from colleagues and friends who used the app, they were so impressed that they decided to buy the premium tier to my surprise! My hope is that Goaly can be a help to parents out there who have been looking for something similar that I was looking for when I started this journey! Some of Goaly's features include • Customizable Chore Tracking: Assign and track chores tailored to each child, making daily tasks manageable and clear. • Digital Wallets: Every child gets a digital wallet to learn about saving and spending. Savings Goals: Set specific goals for each child, encouraging them to save with purpose. • Multi-User Access: Link the app across devices, allowing children and family members like grandparents to participate with tailored interfaces. • Chore Completion Approval: Children can mark chores as done in their app, but completion is confirmed only after parental approval. • Reward Approvals: Family members can suggest rewards for good behavior, pending parent approval in the app. • Behavioral Trends: Access a 28-day overview of each child's tasks and saving habits, providing insights into their progress and areas for encouragement.
