Gmail Cleanup is a Chrome extension that makes email cleaning simple. Delete all messages from any sender in 1 click. No sign-in is needed, and your inbox data stays on your device.
It's Dimitri, maker of Gmail Cleanup, a Chrome extension that helps you clean up your Gmail inbox.
I created my Gmail account back in 2011, and over the years it grew to around 120k emails. At one point, I was paying $25 a month for an email client, mainly because it could mass delete emails by sender. It was the only way I found to clean up all those messages, but I only used it occasionally, so the price was hard to justify.
I searched for how to delete emails in Gmail by sender without that app, but couldn't find a simple solution. So I built the Gmail Cleanup extension for this use case.
How it works:
Install the extension
In Gmail, choose the sender whose emails you want to delete.
Then press "Delete all from..." button to remove all emails from this sender in one run.
You can select up to 100 senders at once. No settings, filters, or date ranges — just simple email cleaning. Everything runs locally in your browser. There's no Google sign-in, and your inbox content isn't sent anywhere.
I hope you'll find it useful and thanks for checking it out! 🚀
