Hey Product Hunt,
I built GitStock to make repository activity instantly visual. Instead of digging through commit history, you can enter any public GitHub repo and get a market-style candlestick chart that reflects commits, additions, and deletions.
It is designed for builders, maintainers, investors, and curious developers who want a quick read on project momentum. Charts are generated as SVGs and can be copied as HTML, Markdown, an image, or a direct image URL, making them easy to embed in READMEs, launch posts, reports, and dashboards.
Would love to hear what repositories you try first and what other signals would make the chart more useful.

Who hunted GitStock?
GitStock was hunted by ddm. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
