I’m a solo developer, and like many of you, I love using ChatGPT every day. However, I always felt a bit paranoid about accidentally pasting sensitive credentials, company secrets, or API keys into the prompt box.
To solve my own anxiety, I built PromptGuard AI! 🛡️
My #1 priority was absolute trust, which is why this tool is 100% local. It runs entirely in your browser—no external servers, no third-party APIs, and no data collection whatsoever.
This is the very first version (v1.0.0), and the code is fully open-source on GitHub. I would be incredibly grateful for your honest feedback, feature requests, or thoughts on how to make AI interactions even safer.
