Hey Product Hunt!
Lately, AI agents have started creating lots of worktrees within a single repository. We noticed these are becoming painful to review and follow.
To make this easier, we’re introducing Workspaces to GitComet: native multi-window support that lets you organize repositories and worktrees into logical groups. Each workspace can have its own theme, making the windows easy to recognize.
We also optimized rendering and memory usage. Worktrees share a lot of Git information, so having tens of them open should now use much less memory.
There are many other improvements too. You can find those on GitHub, as always.
It’s been almost a year, and we’re close to our community goal of 1,000 stars! ;)
