We built Giggy after noticing a clear gap in the home services market—most platforms charge high commissions and create bidding wars that leave both customers and service providers frustrated. Customers often face unclear pricing, while providers lose a large portion of their earnings.
Our goal was to simplify and rebalance this ecosystem. Giggy removes bidding wars and offers upfront pricing, giving customers clarity from the start, with flexibility for adjustments based on additional needs. At the same time, we reduce commission burdens so GigMates (service providers) can earn fairly.
As we developed Giggy, our approach evolved through continuous feedback from both users and providers. This helped us refine a model focused on transparency, trust, and efficiency—creating a platform that works better for everyone involved.
